On agreement of the dates, itinerary we require a £50 gbp deposit to secure the booking. You can pay the deposit either by paypal link (you don’t need a paypal account) or bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The balance can either be paid before you travel or during your tour.

The tour price quoted is always the total price for the tour as stated,the car and guide, and is NOT per person. The price does not include entrance fees or food and refreshments.

Your vehicle will be fully insured for liability, private hire and is licenced by the local authority. Please ensure others are before you accept their quotes. Please also buy suitable travel insurance for you trip.

Please wear appropriate footwear and bring waterproof clothing – we do supply umbrellas and binoculars.

Please provide flight numbers if you require airport transfers so we can track you. We will meet in arrivals 30 minutes after flight arrival time to allow you to collect your luggage.

Prices for airport and port transfers are quoted included one stop. Any sightseeing tours en route may cost extra. The driver or passengers may request a comfort break at any time.

Please let us know how many bags you are travelling with if you are in a group so we can ensure luggage space.

We can recommend accommodation and restaurants but as we are not travel agents we are not allowed to book them for you.

We do not on any account accept referral fees from restaurants, galleries and shops.

In unavoidable circumstances, we retain the right to cancel bookings and return all monies and all deposits paid provided we do so 7 or more days before the first effective date of the booking.

Enquiries become bookings only when the deposit is paid.
